At Milburn Primary School, we are dedicated to providing every child with the highest quality education across all areas of the curriculum. Central to our ongoing efforts to enhance our curriculum is our commitment to the professional development of our teaching staff. Our teachers are consistently supported and encouraged to expand their knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in teaching across all subjects. A significant part of this journey has been our collaboration with the Princes Teaching Institute.
Primary Impact Award
The PTI Primary Impact Award promotes and celebrates excellence in primary leadership, recognising primary schools that put quality subject teaching at the heart of the classroom. In 2024 Milburn Primary School were nominated for the Primary Impact Award for our work on our music curriculum.
